So far it seems to be the perfect solution for what I was looking for.

There were some initial issues that needed resolving but Louis Tong was extremely helpful and has helped resolve several issues, all within a few hours of contacting him.

I do think it's a bit overpriced though. With a price reduction this could be the perfect solution for many store owners.

This is a great app， the customer service response is speedy， and very trustworthy， if you want to do promotions in your website, you must download this app.

Downloaded the app yesterday and emailed support to install update. It was done very quickly. Brian even created 2 example rules in our store! Excellent service! We can't wait to give this app a test drive.

Looked a bit complicated to use at first but CS from Anne and Brain from Dev Team helped me do all that I need. They are skilled and agile!

Fantastic support! We did a few testings with FreeGift and love the flexibility of app, most importantly the support given is one of the best we have had. Even though eventually we didn't go with it (due to differing requirement), would definitely recommend them to anyone - your store is in good hand!

Still an issue when offering gifts from a product category. Support is aware of it.
