great support team, easy to use app
I can't say enough great things about this app! I have purchased and installed it into 3 of our websites/stores and it works great. Particularly amazing is the support that comes along with the plugin - literally the best I've ever had online... and if you're really lucky you'll get John, the guy is fantastic!!
App works as advertised and the customer and technical support has been excellent. Only giving 4 stars because the default styling of the gift widget is pretty ugly and I had to do a fair amount of css to make it look acceptable, however it is nice that the style is customizable if you know CSS. Also, if you add a new product to your store that you want to qualify for triggering an offer, the app doesn't auto sync it.
We've been using this app for almost 2 months now, and loving it. 3 things to love about this app:
1. Flexible & easy-to-use
2. Support is top notch - including when I needed the install done on a Sunday
3. Intuitive and user-friendly interface for the customer
Would definitely recommend.
