Recently installed this app for bundles and free gifts, and it works really well for my needs. There are lots of customisations you can do yourself, but I also needed the variant section customised, so I reached out to support. I spoke to Austin, who made the changes right away. Evelyn has been amazing!!! The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!!! We were having a few problems with creating our bundle, and she was so patient and helpful! The development team would edit and customize the bundle in REAL TIME while I was chatting with her. AMAZING!!! This is the best app experience, I've ever had. Spreading the word, for sure!

The app is easy to use and setup. We had a slight issue creating our first offer and tracking inventory, but Mina was quick to help out and resolve our issue. Being able to quickly create offers that will track to our inventory is going to make for a great customer and fulfillment experience.

The app fulfills its purpose well, as it effectively encourages customers to reach a specific spending threshold in order to receive a free gift. A key factor is setting the threshold at a reasonable level from the start - lower thresholds tend to work better, and in practice the final cart value still ends up being higher.
For this reason, I strongly recommend experimenting with different price thresholds. The app itself offers a wide range of features and flexibility, and overall I highly recommend it.

Used this to help solve a Gift w/ purchase issue I couldn't do with Shopify alone, it worked great! I spoke with Naomi from the support team and she was so helpful in getting me set up the way I was imagining. The full paid version is quite expensive but there are a lot of features and customization options that you can utilize.

The app is great so far. Very versatile and has so much potential for our store. The customer service is great too. One of their team members called Delwyn was fantastic and helped me through a progress bar issue that I couldn't quite sort myself. She was patient, asked the right questions, and achieved a result quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the plugin!
