When I say the customer service is top notch I really mean that! They went over and beyond with no questions asked to make sure everything was set up properly and working to my liking. Good experience so far! There were some unexpected conflicts between my theme and the app when first installing, but the support team was incredibly responsive and fixed everything straight away. Many thanks to Anne & Luis for their fast help and clear communication.

Just signed up for a free trial and had an issue combining the free gift promo with another discount on my Shopify store. I reached out to customer service for help and received very quick and helpful support. (It turned out to be an issue within my shopify settings, not the BOGOS app).
