The app is fairly intuitive to use and overall is of great help to optimise and create new offers. We had a problem with products appearing in the cart but that was really quickly fixed by Naomi who was extremely helpful and professional.
I had issues getting the free gift offer to work on my store, even though I followed all the prompts. However, I was able to chat live with support, even on a weekend at night, and Liam was super helpful. He stuck with the issue and was able to get my offer up and running before my deadline! While I wish the app fired correctly from the first go, it made all the difference to have easy access to such helpful support.
The app itself is lacking tiny bit of functionality/feature for bundle offers however apart from that its a great app and affordable. The setup is easy and steps are clear to follow. The support team Amy, Mina, Daniel, Zee and Liam all of them are great and always try to help. I have had some issues initially when I installed the app but despite of the time difference the support was great and helped me resolve the issues. And if the app do not offer something that we wish to do then the team always have a work around or a solution.
We have used this app for years. We are thankful for how much it has grown over the years and that they are constantly optimizing the program. We also appreciate their support team to help us with specific situations. Only feature we wish the app could do is to apply free gifts on the checkout page after discount codes have been applied, however, that is a shopify issue.
the app is pretty flexible. looks like they covered a lot of their bases to make it work for many businesses. i wanted to limit a gift to us customers only. The only draw back is that the gift was set to auto add to cart at $200. However, once they got into the checkout page and used a discount code, their total would dip under $200 but the app couldn't adjust the cart while in the checkout page. I think they said i need to pay for an even higher plan, but i don't remember for sure.
In any case, they're still my go to for gift apps. All of the support team have been helpful, especially Anne. And I've had TONS of questions.
Amazing service. They made small adjustments to the product specifically for our needs and did so quickly. While the product doesn’t cover everything we require, the features it does offer work very well.
I give 4 stars because the app only works well for shops with one language. I am eagerly waiting for it to be developed for multilingual shops as well.

Daniel on the Support team has been an amazing help during this Black Friday/Cyber Monday season. We have multiple gifts and offers running simultaneously and he has been instrumental in helping me troubleshoot offer issues and setup. The team is incredibly quick to respond in general and offers clear communication.
The app itself is good. There are a few things I wish were different: 1) the creation of a duplicate gift sku that is created by the app once an offer is activated. This creates a bit of double work when setting up and testing the promo rules. Additionally it creates a weird blank spot at the bottom of the collection page for each gift you create. Not super ideal.
The support team is awesome. They have been very quick to help us resolve issues, fine-tuning the app to our needs. Big thank you to Anne and Brian! The only thing missing is the ability for a customer to deselect automatically added gifts at cart level.
