I have never experienced such incredible customer service. The setup process was incredibly fast because the team offered their help from the very first second. They were able to meet all my expectations and, most importantly, they didn't hesitate to customize certain features for my website. I wholeheartedly recommend them 1000%.
Was not a great experience. The interface doesn't initially align with store design. Even with support trying to fix fonts and colours, it doesn't look professional on my customer's end. Then removed the app and it got messy. Code left everywhere. App creates free variants alongside normal variants that were left live on the store. Had customers buying 'free' items before I could find them all! ...

The apps should have more additional rules to be included. I expected more with this monthly rate price. But overall, the discount rules offered should be sufficient for most stores. On the other hand, support was quite fast and helpful!

I have tried multiple Bogo apps looking for one that did tiered gifts, so the more someone buys, the more they receive. I reached out to support and Mina created the offers for me and they worked...just as I wanted them to and they adjusted automatically if I changed the quantity in the cart up/down.
DON'T DO IT!! I had to get a support person to update my liquid to get the app working. But during the set up and test process, some of my products ended up being listed for FREE! Luckily someone I knew spotted it and alerted me in time. The extra variants they added for the discounts were overriding the price.
