Tried a few apps to offer customers a selection of free gifts after adding a certain $ value to cart. This was the only app that offered this functionality in a easy manner. I got stuck with something silly and David in the support team helped me fix it right away, and then went above and beyond in helping me customize the app to fit in with my storefront aesthetic. Would definitely recommend!
the worst app on shopify, they make you look for thinks that your theme does not have and the one that the theme has when you add coding just mess your shop...NO GOOD.
Now I believe that the five stars review are paid review!

Customer support couldn't be more helpful. Did most of the work for me. I would recommend this to everyone.
We've tried several BOGO apps and this one solved a huge issue - allowing a free gift plus being able to use discount code. Most Apps kept removing the "free" price of a promo item once a discount code was used at checkout and applying the discount code pricing to the free item. This app separates your "free" or gift item and allows you to keep it as free while applying a discount code to your other products.
AND - the support is AMAZING. The chat support is 24 hours on weekdays, extremely helpful and nearly instant. While I haven't needed support because of an issue, I have reached out to support for random questions and both times Mina has been super helpful. 5 stars all around.
If you get hung up on the price, get over it. This is a great app. If you're store is doing well, this is a drop in the hat.
Installation resulted in an over-write of our system configured base currency (Euro), which displayed prices to our EU customers in US Dollars for over 4 hours. Highly unprofessional.

Horrible experience. They completely messed up my cart and when i add products to the cart, it doesn't update. Reached out to support and they said they backed up my theme, but they backed up my theme incorrectly. All the changes made were also in my "backup" theme. I had to manually revert all of the code they made and guess what, it all started to work again. I spent 3 hours trying to fix all of this and all customer support said during this time was that it wasn't their fault. Well I just fixed it by reverting all their code, so yes, it was their fault.
