it took a little bit to get this working properly, (as we needed it) but it seem to be going good now.
support was delayed by time zones but helped us a lot.

It's a great App to add free gifts. Ann and the rest of Devs helped out a lot in customizing the app to match my theme.

We originally wrote a 5-start review but that was mostly down to the very good support that we received in setting up this app.

Now that we've been using it for a while here's a more accurate review.

Like too many of these Shopify apps it simply does NOT do what it is supposed to do. Integration with Shopify is awful and had has cost us 100's of hours in unnecessary customer support where the free gift hasn't triggered.

We are still using the app ... but that's only because we haven't really had the time to search for something better.

Certainly would not (and have not) jump at taking any other apps from these guys. Just too full of bugs and shortcomings. It's about a year since we started using this and haven't seen any real fixes for the terrible deficiencies.

Shame. Could be really good.

This is my favourite free gifts app! I don't love that the install requires code changes in so many places of my theme, or that each time I click 'APPLY' it re-installs the gift code in a place that I don't want it installed, but other than that it is quite robust and reliable and makes it easy for my customers to opt into their gifts. Thanks.

David & Ellies customer service was brilliant! We had a few questions & tweaks to suit our sites theme we wanted made and they responded promptly and got everything sorted for us quickly. The app gives you plenty of control over rules for different offers. Would highly recommend!

John and his team are great guys, and responded quickly to help us get the app installed and running correctly in our store. John helped to create a custom Catalog discount and modified the free item selection window to best fit our cart/theme.

Great App! It does exactly what it promises. I had some difficulties setting it up manually, but the customer support (Anne <3) is really quick, kind and helpful. They set everything up for you in a matter of minutes.
