This app has good support from the developers. They respond to requests promptly, and provide ample support for the app. It functions well, although there could be better controls to customize the look without using custom css.

There was an error when our content team try to install and errors occurred, the FREE GIFTS team then tried very hard to get back with us to help and support. Great app. Helped me add free gifts to cart. At first it was confusing how the app interface is, however, their support team especially Nicolas is AMAZING and quickly helped me through installation. Very easy to use once you learn the first time! highly recommend

I am an unfamiliar with coding and was intimidated to try this app, but found it to be well supported. When I had questions, they were answered promptly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this app for the set up , support and great user experience.
The app didn't work to my needs at first. But I reached out to Robert, and it was solved immediately. Turns out their development team needs to custom some code according to my theme to get it working perfectly. Kudos to Brian from development team too!

Customer support from 1 to 10 was a 10. Mina the person that was helping, solved an issue that I was having for 2 days in 10 minutes. I can't really ask for a better customer service than this. 5 Stars all the way!
App does exactly what is is supposed to do. It seems very flexible and user friendly. Brian is excellent with his customer service. Very fast response and he gets things done. I do recommend!
