We have a very large number of products and volume price breaks and this is the only app we have been able to get that can effectively manage them all. Bulk imports via SKU or Collection.
Errors are very vague and don't often tell you in plain English what they mean, I had to lean quite heavily on support to stumble upon what was causing the errors. Support are friendly, helpful and patient, although they sometimes also struggle with identifying errors.
We are pushing it harder than most customers would, so I wouldn't expect a typical customer to encounter any issues. Main thing to note is that imports are super picky with format, has to be a specific type of CSV and if you edit and save in Excel it messes up the format so you need to correct in notepad before importing.

This app has been really easy to use and has a nice customer interface. I've used support twice and chatted with Mina and then with Anne. Both were quick to respond and knowledgable about the tool. They immediately were able to identity what I did wrong and helped me correct it. So far the app has been great for sales.

The app is easy to use and setup. We had a slight issue creating our first offer and tracking inventory, but Mina was quick to help out and resolve our issue. Being able to quickly create offers that will track to our inventory is going to make for a great customer and fulfillment experience.
