I had some challenges, very probably with the way we had set up our GWP, I have no technical ability and normally I have a team of people that work our website, however this was at the weekend and everyone was out of the the office. I contacted BOGOS through the chat and didn't expect a reply because it said it was closed at the weekend, however David from BOGOS replied and was extremely helpful. He asked me relevant questions to find a solution and when I said I really had no idea on how to implement that solution David did it for me. He then monitored our site for a 24hr period to ensure that the GWP was still working. David contacted me at the end of this and checked in to see if everything was still ok. Thanks David, great 5* service.

Every once it awhile it turns itself off for some odd reason (usually when we're seeing HEAAAAAVY traffic) and we just do a bump and back it goes.
Great customer service. We had an issue with coding after multiple years of use and the developer resolved it within 24hrs. We have used this app for multiple promos and giveaways. It's fairly simple to use and has provided great results for our shop. Would recommend.

Free Gifts - Customer Support Team.
I've been using this app for over year now, and they continue to make improvements to it. It's much better now than it was when I first purchased it. In all cases though, it does what it's supposed to and works great. I love that it automatically adds/removes a free gift to the cart based on the criteria you set. The customer service has also greatly improved - I have been receiving responses and code fixes within a day which is important for small businesses that do things on the fly!
