Kristina at ClickShip is an absolute rockstar! She made my transition from another shipping app completely seamless and has saved my company a significant amount of money in the process. Being able to offer free shipping to customers while actually saving on those shipping costs is pure profit. I highly recommend ClickShip — and make sure to ask for Kristina!

I have had several problems with ClickShip from customer service to claims not being handled right to no pick ups of packages that have been scheduled. They are all about making sure they get the order. They aren’t there to make your life easier. I have had nothing but problems. From shipping errors to being over charged months later. Good luck if you need help with packages. They really have an excuse for everything. I really wish this platform took complaints and matters more seriously. It’s really sad that in today’s market that it’s all about the dollars produced. Not about keeping their customers happy. Carriers continue to not show up for package. And I actually stopped using click ship for 6 months however I have had a few packages that I needed to use the app for and again I thought well maybe this time is different but in fact it was the same scenario. Extremely disappointed

We understand that shipping issues can be frustrating, especially when things don’t go as planned. Our team strives to resolve any challenges quickly and transparently.
We completely understand your frustration regarding the high tariff fees and the extended time it’s taking to have these matters addressed. Unfortunately, carriers are currently experiencing significant backlogs with U.S. Customs, which has been impacting the clearance process for many shipments. Due to these delays, customs-related billing disputes with the carrier are presently taking between 9–12 months to be resolved. We recognize that this timeline is far from ideal and truly regret the inconvenience it’s causing.
While we don’t have the ability to accelerate the carrier’s internal customs or billing processes, your concerns have been relayed to them, and our team is actively working with the carrier to have your shipments returned as quickly as possible.
Amazing app and staff! You have a problem? THEY ARE ON IT! But I'll tell you right now, there are not very many problems. We have issues with the couriers not picking up on time but that has nothing to do with Clickship. I send them and email with any issues and they take care of it immediately. I don't have to contact the couriers individually. Suzanne from Feightcom (same company) actually called me to introduce herself. Any problems, I can call her directly. Amazing service!! The shipping is so easy too. Everything is seamless with our Shopify store. The integrations is so good. As soon as I print the label, our Shopify store marks it as fulfilled. There are a few bugs with the cancellation of a label sometimes. A pop-up says it's not working and to contact tech but once I do, they take care of it right away. They save us an average of about $5 on each shipment. Some are $10 difference!!

Brandon has been an absolute blessing to have as an account manager. No problem is too big or small, and he goes above and beyond assisting with the issues that arise. I've had him call me numerous times to communicate important issues and walk me through problems that I've encounter with couriers and general shipping pains. It's so nice knowing that I have a trustworthy and knowledgeable partner that's willing to go the extra mile for my business. We LOVE Clickship! It’s the BEST! We’ve been using them for over a year. If it wasn’t for ClickShip we wouldn’t even be able to ship to the US with all of the tariffs. ClickShip has walked me through everything to do with CUSMA.
Our representative is Serena (Shipwithserena) and she’s been amazing with everything over this past year. Serena takes the time to literally call you and answer your phone calls to help you with ANY issue. She’s been a lifesaver. Shipping through Canada? The prices and convenient pickups can’t be beat. I promise, they aren’t paying me anything, I’m just really grateful for Clickship and my account rep Serena, I’ve NEVER experienced the level of customer service she’s given us.
