We have been using Click Ship for almost a year and it has been a game changer. Brandon was very helpful in setting us up and is very responsive when I have had questions. The pricing is great and I have recommended click ship to a few of my suppliers which has helped me save even more money.

Kristina at ClickShip is an absolute rockstar! She made my transition from another shipping app completely seamless and has saved my company a significant amount of money in the process. The app works great and is very easy to use. It's nice to have so many carriers to choose from, saves so much time. Our account rep James Lang has been excellent to work with and is always available when we have questions or need assistance.

I have been working with Brandon from ClickShip for all our shipping needs as we navigate through this Canada Post strike. He ahs been awesome! Very helpful and works very closely with me to try and lock in the lowest shipping rates. I would highly recommend switching to ClickShip!

We LOVE Clickship! It’s the BEST! We’ve been using them for over a year. If it wasn’t for ClickShip we wouldn’t even be able to ship to the US with all of the tariffs. ClickShip has walked me through everything to do with CUSMA.
Our representative is Serena (Shipwithserena) and she’s been amazing with everything over this past year. Serena takes the time to literally call you and answer your phone calls to help you with ANY issue. She’s been a lifesaver. Shipping through Canada? The prices and convenient pickups can’t be beat. I promise, they aren’t paying me anything, I’m just really grateful for Clickship and my account rep Serena, I’ve NEVER experienced the level of customer service she’s given us.

We understand that shipping issues can be frustrating, especially when things don’t go as planned. Our team strives to resolve any challenges quickly and transparently.
We completely understand your frustration regarding the high tariff fees and the extended time it’s taking to have these matters addressed. Unfortunately, carriers are currently experiencing significant backlogs with U.S. Customs, which has been impacting the clearance process for many shipments. Due to these delays, customs-related billing disputes with the carrier are presently taking between 9–12 months to be resolved. We recognize that this timeline is far from ideal and truly regret the inconvenience it’s causing.
While we don’t have the ability to accelerate the carrier’s internal customs or billing processes, your concerns have been relayed to them, and our team is actively working with the carrier to have your shipments returned as quickly as possible.
To date, we have been impressed with our experience using Clickship. We’re pleased with the competitive rates and the excellent overall user experience. Pamela, our account representative, has been consistently responsive and helpful whenever we’ve reached out for assistance or guidance.

Brandon Ferguson is extremely helpful, supportive, and very quick to help/solve any problems. He has always been there there to help and has been efficient at helping us navigate through ongoing strikes and shipping issues - as we are a small business, this has been imperative. The app itself is very user friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend this app to make your shipping procedures more efficient.

After Canada Post lost my trust last Fall, I have transitioned over to Clickship and have had zero issues. Great rates, easy label creation and helpful that it integrates with Shopify. I do use the Shopify platform for generating labels on Shopify orders, but I also send many packages that do not come through Shopify. They all go through Clickship. Thank you!
