App works but good luck if you have a claim and there customer service will keep asking same questions without reading prior answers - takes 3-4 months to even get a claim resolved

We have been using Clickship for years and have always found the customer service team to be super responsive if we have any issues with their system. We love that we can schedule our carriers through their system. They also handle issues with shipments that go missing. It's a pretty simple and seamless service to use.
Beware if a product is lost etc cust service takes 3-6 months. In our experience closer to six months.
Poor customer service but otherwise shipping pricing is good.

As a Canadian Company shipping to the US often. Without Clickship we would have been out of business probably with all the challenge Covid brought us. Canada Post and other companies charge 2-3x the price with much worst services.
Clickship is a great company and I have been working with them for more than 2 years now, I highly recommend them.

I have been using ClickShip for over 3 years now and the experience with the software and the team behind it has been amazing throughout. A special shout out to Pamela McConnell, my account executive for the last 2-3 years, who is not only always available if there is any issues (which happens rarely) and even takes the time to proactively touch base regularly to ensure we are happy with the service.

Clickship is a great shipping app that has made my shipping so much easier and helped my business tremendously.
Firstly, I get live rates from ClickShip for various carriers on my website so customers can pay the exact amount and I am neither overcharging or undercharging customers by using manual shipping rates.
Secondly the rates I get from ClickShip are great, they have helped me reduce shipping costs and offer better pricing to customers
Thirdly, its easy to use. It integrates well with Shopify and on the ClickShip platform I can see orders from multiple Shopify stores together and ship them out from there.
Fourthly, customer service from Mawiz Kidwai, my account rep has been great. He is always very helpful, and any issues I have, he has followed up and resolved. I hope his dedication and professionalism is recognized by ClickShip
There is a small issue with billing (overcharges from carriers) I have brought up with Mawiz and I am sure he will help me take care of it.
It's awesome! They offer great rates with the big names, and some additional couriers that we haven't used before. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify, the couriers come and pick-up your shipments, and it saves money -- especially for larger shipments going longer distances. Love ClickShip!
I have been using Clickship/Freightcom for more than 4 years and I can say that service is fantastic. If ever you encounter any problem, they will do their best to correct it. We have been using it via Woocommerce, and it was working well, and now with Shopify, and it's also going really well.
Really easy to use for a really affordable price with competitive rate!

Had a wonderful experience with my Clickship Customer Service Rep, Noor. Set me up, integrated my Shopify store with the shipping app seamlessly and had me set up in mins. Features are very user friendly and perfect for new and small businesses. Rates are competitive. Recommend.
ClickShip contacted us with promises that seemed too good to be true, the greatest of which being lower shipping rates. We believed we were already paying reasonably low prices for shipping, but we were wrong! ClickShip has been easy to use and almost always comes in cheaper than with the shipping platforms we were using before - sometimes 30, 40% less.
And when a package is damaged and we have to file a claim, they take care of it! I can't tell you how many hours we were spending previously on the phone with shipping companies trying to claw back any bit of compensation for lost or damaged shipments, but I just got word back on the first ClickShip claim we've had to make that it's dealt with and a cheque is on its way for the damaged items.
To top it all off, ClickShip's customer service is impeccable. Our rep, Hasan, is always helpful and quick to reply. He and his team made setup very easy and quick, and we haven't been disappointed yet. Deleted our other shipping integrations after thoroughly testing ClickShip and finding no issues. Could not give a higher recommendation for anyone looking to save money on business shipping costs.
ClickShip seems like it is still in the infancy stages at least where any claims are involved. We had an e-bike ship to a customer and show up as if it had flown from across the globe. The box was completely mangled and attempted to have been taped back together but the damage had already been done by that time.
The main problem is, ClickShip's "insurance coverage" they claim to have has still been "assessing the claim" 4 months later. We have seen zero coverage paid to us as of yet and it is just a back and forth game they have been playing with us. This is not something that would ever occur when dealing directly with the courier companies themselves ie. UPS, Canpar, etc.
Also, as noted by other users, Clickship will auto-bill your credit card on file for overages (most of which we noticed had outlandish adjusted dimensions and weights). They do email you an adjustment invoice, but it is not noted as such and easily missed in order to dispute. Another issue that is not dealt with in any sort of organized fashion.
We are still waiting to see if ClickShip will prove us wrong but hasn't happened yet and we had to put a hold on this service.
Update as of Nov 4/24: Clickship who operates under "Freightcom" has recognized on several occasions that they have received the compensation from the carrier due to us for the damges to our product however now are also waiting on "funds from their own Insurance" before they can release our monies owing to our company. Please let me know how much longer you expect this to entail Clickship?

After reviewing your case, it appears that the shipment was underinsured, which has caused delays in the settlement process with the insurance company. Specifically, the value on the cost invoice provided is more than double the insured value.
Our claims team is actively working on your behalf to recover the settlement for you. However, to move forward, we require a cost invoice that matches the insured value to proceed with the insurance company.
As per your recent conversation with our claims team today, we are currently awaiting this updated invoice in order to continue the process.
