game changer for shipping, we have been on Shopify for four years and we got onto this app 6 months ago and it has the best deals and super easy to use for any shipping provider. Our only recommendation would be to streamline printing labels in bulk. Create a preset for descriptions, value, reason of export etc that can be applied to 100+ orders at a time.

Had a wonderful experience with my Clickship Customer Service Rep, Noor. Set me up, integrated my Shopify store with the shipping app seamlessly and had me set up in mins. Features are very user friendly and perfect for new and small businesses. Rates are competitive. Recommend.
We just started using ClickShip / Freightcom in the past month or so. It has been an incredibly smooth, easy experience. I would recommend this to anyone, but especially small businesses who are struggling with the high costs of shipping. It has been a struggle for us to navigate the hardships of having an online store with the costs of shipping as a small business and this website has been a saving grace and has saved us time and money in the process. Specifically, Anish, who set us up on the site and assisted us with integrating their shipping platform to our Shopify store to make things more seamless for us. No more copying & pasting addresses, it is already integrated into the order info for you. In our case we just enter the shipping box size we choose and find rates and book our pick up all in the same place. Do not wait to switch to them. Anish has checked in with us multiple times throughout the process and continues to make sure we are enjoying the platform and encourages us to reach out if we need anything . His customer service has been incredible. 10/10 recommend.
Easy to use, offers us competitive rates from top carriers. It's easy to schedule pick ups.
We trust Clickship for all of our outgoing shipments and they've been great in offering great rates. The support team has also been very helpful.
It's ok until it isn't -when they lose packages - if you have customers that can wait weeks for next day shipping and you don't mind waiting 4-5 months for denied claims ... they will get back to you in 60-120 days ish

The apps is convenient even if some fonctions are not supported and need to return to their website from time to time. Claim process, customer support and billing service is a mess. Trying to get a refund on their mistake is almost impossible or required a lot of interaction. Navigate between, customer service, billing, claim, accounting is a nightmare. We have lost a lot of money on double charge.
Their pricing is good so eventually you recoup your lost. Never allow them to billed you automatically, make sure you double check everything before you pay. That is my advice.
Clickship has a lot of useful automation. It has a lot of advantages for most businesses. They also have had a booth at CVE Canadian vape Expo for the past 4-5 years promoting age verified shipping services to the vape industry. The issue is when you integrate your canada post account to clickship you lose the ability to select 19+ as adult signature age. 18+ is printed out on the labels for provinces with a 19+ age of majority. This has been brought to their attention. Hopefully we can have a fix soon. We can still use clickship with canada post for QC, Alberta and half of the provinces that are 18+ but not for the other half.
It has been our solution for shipping larger items, international shipments, and next-day deliveries. Bonus point we also get free envelopes and thermal labels with them.
This app was the greatest thing for my business! It made my shipping process so much easier especially with the fact that they do picks up at home or wherever you are shipping from. Amanda at freightcom was so helpful with everything I needed. I asked so many questions & she was very patient with me and pointed me into the right direction. Would 100% recommend to anybody with a small business!
