For Canadian businesses installing this app is a NO BRAINER. Literally helped me save hundreds on shipping overnight. The app is very user friendly and full of useful features. I love the support I've received so far from Daniel and my Freightcom rep, Riaz. The fact that Shopify forces Canadian sellers to purchase Canada Post shipping labels using USD is perhaps the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard especially considering Shopify is a Canadian company. The app gives me access to super affordable shipping rates that I would have never otherwise had. I can ship to US from Canada and offer rates lower than what stores in the US even offer. Website is well made and is often being updated. I once emailed in some suggestions for improvement and saw they had taken and implemented one just a day later. Mj is always super helpful if I have concerns or questions.

ClipShip provides reliable and efficient shipping options for my ecommerce store. Their online app is simple to use and to navigate. This app has saved me a LOT of problems, especially through the Canada Post strike. Now that we are slowing using CP again, we are keeping this app, and the shipping options it provides, available for our customers. And honestly, we still use this 90% more than our CP options.

That being said I do hope they add Canada Post to their shipping carriers soon so I can just use this and nothing else :)

In general, a good app to help you save money. The system is 99% reliable. Hiccups once in a while, but not a big deal. Recommend this.
