App works very well and it's great having this option during the Canada Post strike. I had a problem - one of the carriers - DICOM didn't deliver and even tried to charge me for returning the item to me. It took a while but eventually it was resolved and I received a credit for the non-delivery. Thanks, Freightcom.
Great company to deal with my rep Robert is more than excellent with his customer service for any questions and problems with carriers I have.

I am so happy we added this app to our site. Their rates are amazing and their consumer services is outstanding. I'm also extremely happy that they offer both Canadian and US shipping carriers. We are Canadian based and have many Canadian customers, but also have a large US clientele.
Using Frightcom allows our customers the opportunity to choose based on shipping need, speed of delivery, cost of delivery, carrier, etc... The best app we've found.
AN ABSOLUTE MUST FOR ALL CANADIAN SHOPIFY STORES
We've been looking for a shipping solution within Shopify that will send tracking info direct to our customers, and Freightcom covers that. Along with, auto populating your customer's info from the order, and offering real time LOW rates. We've shipped with other 3rd parties and Freightcom in 9/10 postal codes were less expensive. Working with Freightcom is a no brainer. It's been about a month that we've signed up, used the service for Shopify orders as well as phone orders and are 100% satisfied with everything including their customer service.

The app worked perfectly. There were a few issues but the Freightcom team sorted them out. Great communication, great pricing and a great team.

Great app which reduces your cost of shipping and provides express options to a client for the same price as Regular Parcel from Canada Post. Had a few small issues which were resolved quickly with their technical support team. Trevor my Account Manager is always helpful and ready to assist me. I would highly recommend this to any small business looking to save money on their shipping costs and give clients a choice in picking the different shipping options available.
Great app, excellent rates. UPS prices are excellent. Automatically provides tracking numbers to the customer saving time.
I had been using Netparcel for shipping since I started my store in 2016, but switched to Freightcom a few months ago and have been very impressed. First of all, the shipping rates are lower, which saves my customers money. Secondly, the app is far superior and better integrated with Shopify, so it's easier to use. The app has an intelligent box selection algorithm that prices the shipping cost much more accurately since it uses both dimensions and weight (Netparcel only uses weight). It also knows when more than one box is needed. Lastly, I find the customer support to be far superior...something that's often overlooked.
Highly recommended!
