Very user friendly. I have tried other apps and found them very difficult to navigate. Customer service is also excellent. They reached out to me to see if I had any issues or needed help. I spoke with a woman named Lisa, she was incredibly helpful - took the time to go over many things and brought a few things to my attention that I didn't even realize I had screwed up. Highly recommend giving this app a go!

Always give me the best rate to ship my orders even tho out of Quebec, the rates are always good!!!its super easy to use , all your order are there so you just have to click on it and you have nothing to fill yourself!!! Only the weight of packaging, it’s save me a lot of time!!! And you also have the choice to enter manually a shipment. However, i tried few app for shipping, and this one is by far the best app!! I highly recommend to all store thats ship a lot or not that much!! The prices are not based on quantities of shipment, wich is super amazing!!! Oh and customer service is A1.‍♀️

If you own a small online business in Canada - don't even think twice about downloading this. It made our life SO much easier and it is honestly the easiest and most user friendly app to use. It has saved us SO much time and headaches in searching for the best price for shipping labels and their customer service is absolutely fantastic. Absolutely love this app. We were using Boxify before this app and let me tell you... This is way better and does not cost any money. So ultimately we are saving money and using a much better app for our shipping needs.

Clickship has been lifechanging for me. I live in a rural area and always had to drive to the post office to drop my packages off, but now I can get pickups with companies like Dicom and Purolator. It's been so easy, also. The shipping prices are a few dollars less than regular mail AND the packages arrive in like 1-2 days. I've actually had several customers write to me saying they are super impressed at how fast their order arrived. The customer service is excellent, always a really fast response from my agent Suzanne. Thank you !!!!

This is by far the most amazing shipping app out there!! We used their website for a little while before converting to using the app and could not be happier. You will not be able to find better rates ANYWHERE.
