App runs beautifully and the automatic suggestions are pretty spot on, doesn't really slow the store down, as far as I've noticed. The support team is really responsive and helps with anything you need.

My experience with this app is very positive - they have the fastest Support Team on Shopify. My task was fixed only after a few minutes. TWICE. I asked them to change the position where the app appears on my website and first I thought ithey did it so quickly by accident, but when I asked them the second time and it was fixed also just after a few minutes I decided to let you know guys - the Code Black Belt Team is really good at what they do.

The app works as intended however the product support team accessed the app and "tuned" the settings and visuals without my knowledge or my approval. They've fixed it and explained me why it was done. I already had a custom css styles and that's why i didn't appreciate the changes. Everything's running fine and the support response time was great. Giving it 5* for that.
