Great app and one of the easiest ways to connect and communicate with customers. The feature of the chatbot is amazing. been using it for a couple of months now, worth every buck.
And hassle free integration with WhatsApp and automated flow.

I am super impressed by Freshmarketer for Shopify. We’ve replaced three different tools with this app - an app for email marketing, another app for social media, and another for chat support. Freshmarketer provides a 360 degree view of our customers, so we don't have to use Zapier to sync customers' data from multiple tools. Their email editor is so intuitive that I don't need to break my head with the Liquid template. They also have a built-in chatbot and chat support. So most of the queries from my customers—be it Insta DM, FB messenger, or live chat—can be answered quickly without a large support team. Freshmarketer also allows me to store unlimited contacts and charges me only for the contacts who engage with my marketing campaigns. Plus I got 10,000 contacts & 1 messaging agent free for integrating with Shopify. I have no reason to switch and sync between multiple tools, and we are a happy customer of Freshmarketer. Highly recommend this app to every Shopify store owner.

I majorly use the app for setting up customer journey's and sending them shipping email, review requests and cart abandonment Journey. My another big use case is sending marketing emails and WhatsApp to the marketing lists. The team has been proactive and very helpful regarding solving queries and bringing in new features as requested. As my customer base increases i would be able to automate more and utilize more features.

I would highly recommend this app for any new or existing Shopify user that wants to easily and automatically increase customer engagement and convert traffic into sales. Exceeded [above and beyond] all of my expectations. Being an ex-programmer (20 years) it was delightfully refreshing to speak to someone that knew what they were talking about. That! Right there! Speaks volumes. Hands-down top-notch world-class service without a doubt! Great job Freshworks. Thank you Dhanashekar. You definitely "knocked it out of the park!"

So far I've really enjoyed this integration. You must be using Freshmarketer or Freshworks which is a deal breaker. But thus far I've really enjoyed the CRM, Marketing Tools, Customer Journey, Email Campaign Builder, etc. They really are great tools. Thus far we haven't had to use any other sms, email, or marketing platforms and I doubt that we'll need to. In my search for the best CRM I landed here because of mainly this Shopify integration and the marketing abilities all in one platform. We have not used the What'sApp integration yet. My only complaint thus far has nothing to do with integration and only with the stage/pipeline/project management side of the CRM.

We've been using Freshmarketer for the last 2 months, and it has been a great experience so far! I want to extend my thanks to Deepthi Pawar, Rohit Sathyam and Kevin Thomas for their seamless onboarding process. From the very beginning, they were proactive in addressing our queries and guiding us through the setup. With their help, we've been able to create important customer journeys using WhatsApp and email campaigns.
