CedCommerce Fruugo Integration

Excellent customer service from Cedcommerce. Yashwita did a great job helping us resolve issues and setting up the items as Fruugo required. The entire Cedcommerce team is great on customer service for all their apps.

Support is always very helpful and willing to jump in at any time to fix any issue. Very good would recommend

Thanks to Yashwita and Georgia, the onboarding process was easy, although some guide and blog post should be updated to easily find the compliance manager and other settings. Otherwise everything is clear and easy to follow the process. Happy to start selling on Fruugo.

The app is very simple to use, very easy to import products from shopify to app to fruugo marketplace and is also easy to do the work. Very user friendly with responsive support which helped us get up and running - in particular Aman helped us out.
Integration appears to have worked well. Customer service is excellent.

Have just put it live for Fruugo. took a long time for Fruugo to approve the feed but cedcommerce did a lot of work to make it happen and have been fixing everything so far for me.

I must say, CedCommerce customer support is absolutely amazing (specially James, Hello James, "waving emoji"!!). I have been using the app since its beta version and you can see that they are improving and adding more features. At first the interface can be a bit daunting but after a few minutes you can get the grip of it. The best part is that it is all automated and no need to use Fruugos back office. The second best part is that unlike most other channels around Shopify, you do not need to have your store in USD and can be based around the world. I do recommend the app. Regards, S
