CedCommerce Fruugo Integration

Excellent service from Aman and the team @CedCommerce. Easy to import data from shopify to app to the marketplace. Quick, easy and straightforward. Integration is working very well so far.

The app works well and the support is excellent. We did have some issues when duplicating products on our site which then caused duplicate SKUs in the app but the support received to resolve this was very swift.

So far excellent app to sell on Fruugo marketplace and even better support. The only downside from our short experience is the lack of managing different tax rates for different products categories/classes. The app is ready if you sell products with same tax rate only, but for sellers with different products taxes is not yet 100% functional. You need to spend time to download csv, rectify products tax rates and upload it. For sellers with many products and always having new collections it can be very time consuming, and is not that what we need from a software. They are looking at it and hopefully there will be an improvement in this. Other than that, is 5 stars, as I am rating it. Easy to understand, to set-up, and to start sell on Fruugo. Like many other reviews here, is true, support is awesome, they are available like 24/7, I doubt they sleep!

Shivalikadev from CED commerce is providing and outstanding customer service. Literally I have never experienced such a prompt and helpful customer service. Helped me all the way with category mapping and even did that for me so I can invest my time elsewhere. Greatly recommended not just for customer service but for user interface and all the app is just very helpful and great.

5 Stars for the customer service, which is super quick and always willing to help. The app works well, only had some minor issues uploading the inventory which was swiftly sorted by their CS team.

The app is very simple to use, one of the most user- friendly app i have used for integration, which is a great help, very easy to import products from shopify to app to fruugo marketplace and is also easy to do the work. Very user friendly with responsive support either through whatsapp or skype which helped us get up and running - Aman and team were very helpful and quick to response.
