FUGU offre una protezione dalle frodi su più livelli, analizzando il comportamento dei clienti dopo il check-out, verificandoli, registrando le interazioni e segnalando le frodi. I merchant possono indirizzare dinamicamente ordini specifici verso un piano di protezione dai chargeback o seguire semplicemente i nostri consigli sui rischi. Per ridurre al minimo il tasso di abbandono dei pagamenti, FUGU offre anche una funzionalità di promessa di pagamento che garantisce la spedizione in caso di pagamenti non andati a buon fine. Prima di rifiutare un ordine, FUGU tenterà di identificare ulteriormente il cliente fino al momento della spedizione.

good app. love the ai feature.
Beyond frustrating experience trying to get this app set up. The app does not check your existing orders and so I reached out to the support team who offered to manually check it for me. After several days of waiting and hearing nothing back, I reached out to them to find out what was happening and even though I was messaging the same person, I had to repeat all over again because they had no recollection of the conversation or the fact that they've left me waiting for my information. After being asked to repeat myself for the third time I uninstalled the app. Total waste of time and terrible support experience. I found the app itself is very basic and does little to enhance the existing Shopify fraud analysis not ideal if you're looking for something more robust.
