I run a business that works with Locad's warehousing and fulfillment service in Singapore. They outsource their warehousing needs to a local vendor, and hence have no control over their quality of work. Parcels getting lost, parcels not being packed properly resulting in broken products, tech errors resulting in parcels not being sent out - these are common recurring problems that Locad gives me daily. It has eroded customer trust in us, while we are paying expensive fees to Locad for services that are not fulfilled. It's been 10 months and they have done nothing to fix the problems.
LOCAD handling our fulfillment and shipping makes it easy to run and grow an e-commerce business. With them as our partners, we can focus on pursuing growth opportunities.
LOCAD is very useful for an all-online business like ours. We run a business that is all online and LOCAD is fast and reliable and the storage and fulfillment is made easier! We really would not have a business like ours if it wasn't for LOCAD :)
