This is such an awesome concept and it would work perfectly if it allowed multiple quantities. But it doesn't. I had someone place an order for 2 of the same product and it came across to Shopify as only 1. And she had to write in and complain and I had to fix it and this cost us extra shipping and fulfillment expenses. Unfortunately, the listed support email never gets back to you.

I love the idea of this software but it sends double quantities to shopify on multiple occasions. I've had this happen on multiple test orders and it is also sending the wrong quantities of real orders to Shopify. Also the support email support@funnelorders.com bounces back so you can't even ask for help. This app would save us so much time and money if I could trust it to send accurate order information to Shopify. Hopefully one day they will fix it.
