The experience with the app is the worst possible. There is no channel to talk to the company. Only an email, which they never respond to.

However, we haven’t received any replies from you. Our responses were sent to the email address associated with your Shopify account. Were you able to receive them? New comment: We had some problems with our pictures caused by other applications and AGAIN the best service possible, the team put several days to fix our problems that wasn’t even caused by this app and still they sorted out everything! A MUST FOR EVERY PROFESSIONAL STORE! TRY AND SEE FOR YOUR SELFS…

Old comment: I’ve needed some improvements with the apps zoom function so I contacted the support team and I got the best service on Shopify so far!
Very fast response and professional team member behind this app I definitely recommend for every serious business owner out there to use it. Especially if you wanna store and pictures that looks professional.

No where to cancel subscription, they claim you must uninstall to stop getting charged.
Even after uninstalling they are still charging me.

Our app does not currently support a pause-and-build plan. If you no longer need the app, uninstalling it will cancel your subscription, and you can reinstall it anytime if needed. Our app’s pricing plan page includes a "How to Cancel" button, which explains this process and links to Shopify’s Help Center for uninstallation instructions.
I can see that you uninstalled the app on January 6th, which was within your billing cycle from December 27, 2024, to January 26, 2025. Because of this, a final $2.99 USD charge was processed. However, as soon as you reached out to us, we issued a refund within 12 hours and responded to your inquiry.

This app is incredibly easy to use and set up. I have no clue how any of these things work normally and I was able to set up a live version on my site in under 5 minutes. I love how customizeable the app is to use. Their support team was also very helpful. I didn't see my website's theme in their list when signing up, so they fixed that as soon as I reached out. 10/10 would recommend!
