Great product so far and amazing customer service, especially there partnership specialist Lauren DeSouza who we have been working with.
I would like to post this because Gameball is 1 of the perfect applications on shopify that can help you get what you want without complications and the customer service is superb, they answer you even during holidays and find your solution so fast. 5 starts it is :)

This app is awesome and the support is really good. It let me jump in right away to start customizing the experience and it also scheduled an onboarding Zoom call for me the next day. I learned a lot from Habiba during our chat and am really looking forward to rolling out our new loyalty program!

Easy to configure in your shop. I had a problem with the amount of points and used the chat function integrated in the app, they responded and helped me! Turns out it was a misunderstanding on my part.
Though, I do suggest using this app!

Can be challenging when setting up the program though, but once you know how works the metadata it is fine. I recommend this app

Stop grappling with which rewards app to install and get Gameball! It takes gamification to the next level, with fun challenges, badges and points for customers to earn toward discounts. It still has referrals and all the usual stuff, but lots more.
Support team is amazingly responsive and happy to jump on a call with you to help build out the program to suit your brand. The interface is super easy to use and understand, and you can build your own challenges from scratch, modify and customise everything to suit your brand.
Can’t recommend them highly enough, and it’s only a matter of time before they become a top contender in the rewards and loyalty space. Fantastic App.
