A very good loyalty program and points app, it has a lot of useful logos, and its customer service response is perfect and fast. I will recommend this app to all my seller friends!!!
Great user interface, best value for money specially when you run a retention based business and very helpful & dedicated support. The app is easy to use and does everything you need for a loyalty program. We have tried many other loyalty apps, none have come close Gameball. As a bonus their customer service is outstanding. Would highly recommend!
I'm loving this app so far. It was recommended to me by another merchant, and I was actually able to set it up in a day and get it rolling. We have yet to send out any kind of announcement about it and we've got way more people signed up than I anticipated. I also totally appreciated the onboarding call with Lauren - she was super super helpful, sincere, and attentive. I didn't feel like she was pushing anything on me but rather really listening to what I was hoping to get out of the program and letting me know what features were best for me. My subsequent conversation with Dania was just as helpful. I wish all programs and services had customer service like this! Looking forward to seeing where this program takes our business!!!
