I had an excellent experience with Loyalty, Rewards & Referrals! Their platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for me to set up and manage my loyalty program. This app is a first , I've tried multiple apps that theoretically promises good user experience and reward/loyalty systems , but most of them never delivers the intended results .
Gameball actually helped me boost my sales by 1.5X just by Offering rewards and points , that boosted customer retention rate.

I'm really enjoying using Gameball, they have premium features for a good price and an excellent Success Team - Habiba has always been quick to respond and super helpful! Highly recommend.

We used Smile for 2 years, and Gameball is in a league of its own. There are SO many more features that you cannot even compare the two. As it currently stands, one would be foolish to use any other loyalty program from the Shopify app store than this one. The customer support is fantastic and the app just works incredibly well with tons of clever features.

Found and tested this rewards app after a few tries with others. Definitely one of the best looking and functional app. Many creative ways to reward customers and makes us feel proud to have this running on our interface. Highly recommended!

It took me 3 hours to research and decide, Gameball supports spanish, our local currency (Chile) and the pricing goes by hand with the store results.

It took me 2 hours to set up all, you can customize everything! Really easy to do, it really feels like a game, had fun doing it.

The app is very complete. We had a complicated idea that we needed to implement and we not only found the features in the app, but the customer service is really amazing, We were helped numerous ways in a very quick manner from our account rep. Keep the good work Gameball
