Gameball Loyalty: ポイント、ロイヤリティ

I've been using this app for a few months now and it has been great. I had some issues creating a referral program but the chat support was fantastic. Thank you!

After 3 years with Bold Loyalty, we made a bold move to Gameball. We wanted a fresher design and a more dynamic loyalty program.

Gameball not only matched Bold's price but also had a user-friendly interface, ensuring a smooth transition for our customers. The Backoffice is a breeze to configure and understand, and the widget design options are plentiful. The stats are presented beautifully and are easy to grasp. Creating simple or complex challenges to gamify the purchase process is a breeze too. Integration with apps like Judge.me is a game-changer, eliminating manual point attribution for reviews.

If your loyalty app is listed, switching to Gameball is a piece of cake. Otherwise, just export/import a CSV. However, there are two minor issues with importing the customer database:
- spent amounts: cannot be imported and is not 'read' by the app in Shopify for existing clients, only new clients will have the amount displayed. No drama, but not 'clean'.
- bonus points. Nothing that will stop you to switch but it requires a bit of manual work if you are using Tiers Level with Bonus points (otherwise you will be all fine). You will have to deduce tier bonus points manually for each client so when you perform import, the current balance is correct. Nothing complicated to do but a bit of manual work that could be easily fixed by Gameball.
We've informed Gameball, they are currently working on it, and once they fix these issues, we'll happily import our large databases from our CH and FR website.

I recently switched to Gameball from another loyalty app to get better functionality at a good price and I am totally blown away. There are so many ways to customise my program, it's easy to get caught up tweaking settings. I can't wait to deep-dive into segmented campaigns.

The customer service alone is worth it. But the program interface is easy to use and looks great. It also has a cool gaming theme which is great if your business is gaming related like ours is

UPDATE after a year of use: Gameball is a really good app, especially in terms of the large variety of things you can do to let customers earn rewards and the types of campaigns you can run. And, the value cannot be beat, hands down! Frankly, having been in the digital / platform / loyalty / mobile business for decades, it's absolutely absurd how much other service providers charge for VIP tiers, for example, when Gameball outshines them all, overall.

I also appreciate that they add new powerful features and functionality regularly. They truly listen to consumers. Clear sign of a winning product development focus. You can run a large number of different campaigns to drive and test consumer loyalty and engagement . . . and you can easily segment your existing and potential consumer base as well. Very nice analytics to boot.

A final very important factor -- critical in our view -- is that Gameball's customer support is incredible -- FAR, far better than the vast majority of Shopify apps, to the extent other providers even provide support. This includes at lower and mid level pricing tiers. For example, Dania, from their core team, has been a wonderful partner to work with; other folks as well. I still believe that the nomenclature is a bit too "gamer oriented" vs. general loyalty use -- but, with that said, you can edit everything to suit your needs (as we've done) . . . and with great support in doing so!

I highly recommend Gameball if you're looking for a loyalty and/or gamification platform. We tested just about every platform and provider on Shopify and if you're a SMB like us they are tops -- 5 stars hands down!
