Lots of wasted time and headaches! I so badly wanted this app to be the loyalty tool for my small business, but I am CONSTANTLY being forced to fight fires and fix bugs that seem to appear every other day.

While the customer care team is generally responsive to my cries whenever there is an issue, they are always quick to assert that it's "surely not an issue with their app" and the fault of the other party (i.e. the likes of Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.). However I can say after dealing with numerous bugs over the course of the last few months, that TIME AND TIME AGAIN the resolution to the bug ends up coming from an issue that was identified on the Gameball side (surprise, surprise).

Gamification and loyalty are literally the crux of my business. It is simply unsustainable to be constantly trying to identify and fix the issues of a software company that is unable to deliver on their promise. Even more so outrageous when you consider that this app is not cheap. I have easily already wasted £500+ since my subscription began.

I am on the hunt for a better tool so that I can finally sleep easy at night knowing that my small business is in good hands.

Gameball is my favorite app on Shopify, many things make them the best loyalty app, the ease of the user experience since collecting points to redeeming the coupons, the people behind it are amazing and supportive all the time. KEEP GOING ♥️

Have been looking for an app that helps my store to do the VIP system. I've tried like 10+ apps and most of them are not useful for me, not to mention the high price. But Gameball is literally the best app so far I've used. Reasonable price and useful function. Also their support team answer so quickly (like within half an hour?) Would definitely recommend all of you to try!

Our Experince with Gameball has been brilliant so far, the customer service are fantastic at explaining any of the features of the app and the potential seems endless with it. We are using Gamball for last one year, the app has a new automation process which is really good to grow customer engagement. It has quite flexible options which give us a broad logical action.
We are happy with the customer service they provide and they tend to bring new features and are open to suggestions.
I found Gameball after a very well research of different loyalty apps. It is a simple yet powerful tool for any business.

Amazing tool! Super intuitive, very user-friendly, and wonderfully organized. It is quite easy to set up and to understand how to create the perfect loyalty program. In regards to the image and the ease of use, it goes above and beyond all other apps that we've tried (and we've tried a lot). We were able to create a meaningful, rewarding, fun, and intuitive experience for all our customers. Where it really shines is when you take the time to implement and personalize every feature according to your brand. You can set it up quickly if you want a simple and effective program, or dig deeper and establish a complex and impactful gamification experience that goes far beyond the usual loyalty points app. Our customers love it. The support team is a charm to work with as well!

The flexibility of how customers can earn points has been amazing! It's exactly what I have been looking for and can't wait to explore ranks and more dynamic challenges such as buying x of brand (requested feature).

The support you get is second to none and they are more than happy to take on any constuctive feedback.

We have been using this for a week so still finding our feet but so far our customers have loved it and having the ability to use every single point towards a discount has been a bonus.
