The features are beyond my expectations and on top of that the customer service is SO friendly and responsive! Thankyou Selouky and Donia for being so helpful and never making me feel annoying for asking a billion questions :)

Have been looking for an app that helps my store to do the VIP system. I've tried like 10+ apps and most of them are not useful for me, not to mention the high price. But Gameball is literally the best app so far I've used. Reasonable price and useful function. Also their support team answer so quickly (like within half an hour?) Would definitely recommend all of you to try!

In regards to the image and the ease of use, it goes above and beyond all other apps that we've tried (and we've tried a lot). Where it really shines is when you take the time to implement and personalize every feature according to your brand. You can set it up quickly if you want a simple and effective program, or dig deeper and establish a complex and impactful gamification experience that goes far beyond the usual loyalty points app. Our customers love it.
