Disables automatically without further notice due to 'too much traffic they cant handle'. Not recommended.

Hello there,
It will be nice if you could take a minute to reply to our messages. I hope you understand that leaving bad reviews and then never replying back to emails is not how this ecosystem should work. We are always trying to help our app users and this is clearly visible by the majority of the review we receive. I hope that you won't have a case of a customer that leaves a bad review for your services and never comes back to you, even when you have tried everything. :)

When the quota of your plan is reached we are always sending notification emails + in app popup messages that lets the store admin know that the cookie bar is no longer active due to the quota being reached. Straight forward and easy to use. Customer service was pretty helpful. Took me awhile to get it to appear, but figured it out eventually. Will be nice to have a tool to manage any customer requests related to privacy. With that in mind, I think it justifies the cost.

This is a great app. Literally took me 2 min to install and I was done. Also really vital to us to be able to have GDPR only appear for EU visitors and not hurt our conversions for other countries.

Our client wanted to add a cookie bar to their website and chose this one based on its versility and value for money. There was a request I didn't know how to assist with but the app developers were on hand with very quick and efficient service via e-mail and helped with the coding to achieve the clients request. The app looks great on my website and has lots of options to personalise. It's very straightforward to use. I had a question and the support team was fantastic - very quick responses (thanks Emil and Elena!). Definitely recommend.

Best partly free GDPR app i can find, but it has some issues:
1. Stops working sometimes. Have to disable/enable consent bar to have it pop up again.
2. Not sure if the consent bar setting really works. It does not block/remove any cookies as far as i can see when using google chrome incognito.

1. This is the first time that we hear of such an issue. Is it possible that you have accepted the cookies first and then trying to make the bar visible again? Please let us know, so we could review and advise accordingly.
