Very fast and good customer service.

I was having a hard time with setting up my password protect page on Shopify - the default cookie banner doesn't work on that page! Never fear, Pandectes GDPR compliance app to the rescue!
I was able to install the app, customise it, display it very quickly!
Top tip - check the live version - the banner was not appearing in my shopify theme, but is there on the live version.
Natalie from their support team was super helpful - she was able to put my mind at ease and checked it for me. She also gave me the snipppet of code to place in the password.liquid file to get updates appearing there ({% render 'pandectes-rules' %} - pop it just under the tag. She even waited in the chat until I had the PDF uploaded - privacy policy page won't show when the site is password protected - and reminded me to change it when I go live :) Thanks, Natalie!

I've used the free version of this app for a year or so and have been very happy. Today I recognised it was causing me some site speed issues as I had not updated my usage settings to keep abreast of Shopify changes. With help from Konstantinos at Pandectes live support, I did that, and followed some recommendations he made, and my site speed improved remarkably!

By far the best app for this in my opinion. The reassurance to be compliant within the mind-boggling world of GDPR is worth the money with this app. Especially if like me, it's all a bit too much to get your head around. Lots of features, best of all, customer service is excellent, I have always received great help from all the advisors. This app is simply amazing! The customize options are huge and the customer service is unbelievable; they address everything within minutes via live chat. They properly set up your shop, check for compliance, and even assist with graphic settings. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced.
