Finger weg wer Facebook Kampagne hat und clarity nutzt. Pandectes hat mir schon bei der installation alles kaputt gemacht. Meine FB kampagne-Pixel hat nichts mehr gefeuert-Mir fehlten zahlreiche events in der kampagne-mein kampagnen porenzial war auf einmal bei 66 statt 99-sowie bei clarity, innerhalb von sehr kurzer zeit waren viele daten weg. und das alles, obwohl ich vorher in pandectes kein FB aktiviert hatte. Das grösste Problem. ich muss alle meine kampagnen neu starten und bei meta wieder komplett von 0 anfangen. DANKE pandectes!!

I paid for Premium plan, but this app does not have a working GEO targeting solution. I want to show cookie banner only for EU countries, and selected that in settings, but afterwards on main dashboard in "Consents tracking" when I looked at stats - top country was United States. I asked support about it - even gave access to my store, they blamed Shopify native targeting and said that are working on fixing this.
Hi there! We hear you loud and clear. While we aim to be the most reliable 'guard' for your store’s data compliance, it seems our current 'navigator' (Shopify’s native geolocation) took an unexpected null value that ended up to detour through the US in your stats.
We chose Shopify’s native service to keep your store lightning-fast by avoiding extra external calls, but we realize that speed is nothing without 100% precision. Our dev team is already building a proprietary fallback geolocation layer into our next update to ensure no visitor is ever misidentified again.
Lousy App and Extremely unhelpful support. Last year, when I installed the App, they got partner access to my store and integrated a numbers of tags which were connected through Google App on Shopify.
I have long had conflicting issues of duplicating tracking of Ads converstion.
When I have found out this App is creating the issue, the App provider did not help . the write very long story and I have difficulty to get substance out of it.
They created the mess by accessing to my store, they could solve by accessing again.
Probably they do not have competence to help.

The tracking issues you described appeared after updates and migrations of tags in the Google Sales Channel on August 18, based on your messages, and were not related to changes made by our app. In fact, we have not had access to your store or made any modifications since 2024, when we assisted you with a custom pixel configuration regarding GA4. That support was outside the scope of our app’s core functionality, but we provided it to be helpful.
We also ensure that we inform and obtain confirmation from merchants whenever any changes are requested, to remain transparent and responsible.
We regret that our assistance did not meet your expectations, and we are always open to working with merchants to ensure they get the best value from our app.

This app was a scam! As part of the setup of this app, it includes a compliance review, except that the compliance review is just to tell you that you're not compliant, and you have to upgrade to the paid plan in order to be compliant. This is obviously a marketing ploy just to make you upgrade to a paid plan.

To clarify, your message came in on Sunday at 5:22 p.m., and although we strive to respond as quickly as possible even on weekends, our reply was sent almost 3 hours later the same day. The chat system does indicate that we typically respond within a minute, which reflects our average response time, but this can vary, especially on weekends when we have fewer operators available.

The app causes display issues with my theme; the team didn't go out of their way to fix it and let me switch to a competitor without much fuss.

As documented in our support chat, the conflict was explicitly caused by an external touch-event script inside your own theme (hand.min.js) that actively blocks normal web components.

Free cookies banner is great. Everything else is a nightmare to setup. Wasted an hour of my time. Then said the app still needed hours of configuration or I could pay them $300. Insane.
