Free cookies banner is great. Everything else is a nightmare to setup. Wasted an hour of my time. Then said the app still needed hours of configuration or I could pay them $300. Insane.

You started your conversation by mentioning that you will give a review at the end based on your experience with us. At the end of this chat and having almost everything set up, you were disappointed because you wanted to set up the app in a shorter time period.
I am really sorry for being disappointed with the so detailed support we gave you after all and for explaining to you any aspect of the app that you asked for.

This app is simple and great. Easy to set up and customize. Got everything working within minutes. Plus, it's free. No complaints whatsoever.
Just signed up for the Pandectes GDPR Compliance App for our Shopify website. The App is excellent and we had it all set up inside an hour with help and advice from Christos. The App even creates a Cookies Policy (Declaration) for you.

Christos was a big help to set up our consent tool and made it GDPR compliant. He checked several times if we did set up everything correctly and helped with third party cookies, which fired before the tool asked for consent. Now everything's working without problems :) Big thanks to Christos!
