Pandected app and support is great, they released a feature that i needed to keep me updated with shopify customer events functionality.
The setup was pretty straightforward. We had few questions and the support team were quick to respond. We have been using it for a few months only and so far everything works well.
Extremely easy to set up, had all options that we needed and the support (Konstantinos in our case) is incredibly fast (live chat reply within seconds!), super helpful and also very competent.
