Alex was great! He helped me fix some issue in my installation so that we are compliant with Meta and CCPA. Excellent, professional and quick service!
Really easy set up and good pricing relative to alternatives in the market. Customer support also great, Alex and Christos we very thoughtful and helped me with picking the right plan, setting up the account and the app and making sure it catered for my local needs.

app works well and is easy to use. Christos also just saved me about $300 in hiring a dev to troubleshoot something for me! they are super responsive and I definitely recommend this app.

We have moved to Pandectes as we wanted a CMP which was built for Shopify and compatible with the Shopify Pixels implementation. The configuration is very easy and offers a wide range of possibilities, depending on the plan. You can be up and running in 20 minutes and customise the UI for your shop quite nicely. The Pandectes team with Panos and Christos is extremely helpful and always available, even when it becomes tricky with Shopify Pixels and Google Tag Manager. They have great insights into user acceptance, which allowed us to optimise the cookie banner. After testing it for 2 weeks, we're now rolling it out to our other shops. We made the right choice !
Very great experience with them! They helped me setup everything on my store and even went beyond that and suggested further improvements to our store compliance with GDPR etc...
I had a chat with Christos and I find him quite knowledgeable about the work I asked him. He was supportive in every aspect of work.
Alex on the support chat was awesome. First I needed some basic help and then he offered to help me even with the design and all. So I really do appreciate that and recommend you getting in touch with the support if you need any help, they're actually very nice to you and helpful :)
