Pandectes GDPR Compliance is a great app for covering your privacy requirements. They have all options you need to adapt your cookies banner to every region.

The App is really nice and easy to use and comes with interesting features (cookie declaration page, data request/erasure page, ...). The customer support is really helpful too ! The only thing missing in my point of view is some customization for the preference screen, but that's all
