Currently using the free plan. The support team was really helpful - Christos was fast replying and gave me tips to help me improve my banner.
They helped me set up the GDPR banner in conformity with Google consent mode v2 in just a few minutes. After that they even suggested modifications to have a better accept rate, what's more, they then made some custom code for us to have it look neat. 5/5!
