We just swaped from another cookie consent app to this one a few hours ago and don't regret a single second. We even upgraded our plan almost immediatly to $9, after we accidently get in contact with support. there is a button called "Check compliance" and we thought this is just to do a simple check about our settings but instead a support member just got in contact with us and checked our store. He found a few problems that of which we knew nothing until now and most important fixed it without any charge. Based on this experience, we can recommend everyone, explicitly in Germany, to use this APP. If you don't have much time or don't want to deal with all the regulations regarding the cookie policy, the support will definitely help you so that everything works. 5 Stars from our Site - very glad we found this.

I just started with this ap and so far so good as far as being able to navigate through it. I did reach out to support for a few questions and Nikos and Christos were both very helpful and responded quickly to me, which I appreciate. This is the 3rd app I have tried for GDPR and on one of the other apps, I had to wait until I received an email reply instead of actually chatting. The response for this app is great so far. I will do another update once I have been using the app.

I looked at several apps to ensure our website was in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Being that we are USA based but are selling all over the world we wanted to make sure that we were compliant. We decided on Pandectes GDPR, while the step by step instructions were intuitive, we still had a couple of questions. The fact that you can have them test your site to make sure you are compliant is a great feature. Once we realized that we needed to make adjustments we jumped online via live chat and they walked us through everything to get us setup. Great service and well worth the cost!!

I am so glad that I found this app. Not only that it's very easy to configure, the LIVE support that I received is hands down the best that I've come across in Shopify-land. Our agency recommended us two apps and I struggled to get any help from them. No Live Chat, I have to chase them on email and the phone number sent me to waiting mode and then choose the same options on repeat for 1.5 hours (OneTrust) . I found this app at 0745, got Nikos on Live Chat to help me with a CSS styling fix, and we are live by 0830! I'm so pleased with their service and I'm sure if we stumble any issue / need new feature / request, they will be there for us! Excellent! Firstly they have great customer service, and do not hesitate to help you customize or solve any problems right away. #grateful Secondly, it is plug and play, (very easy to set up), it has good customization and tasteful fonts and colors to use. For a finicky design person like me I love that you can customize padding, alignment etc. By selecting the inexpensive second plan, you can access a fancy preferences page, where they can customize their preferences, and you can write your own explainer text there. Generally the app has a good design and feel. Lastly, it is informative. Honestly I was interested to see (because now my customers can see) what services we have tracking on the site and I'm actually noticing we might have duplicates from old code. And the dashboard shows you interesting data about opt in/out activity percentages over the last week. So it would be really easy to ab test. The best setting in my opinion is 'approve or preferences', because they need to be really determined to click into preferences, but if they are so, you can show them transparently a lot of information. They have advanced opt in parameters, for instance you can set 'take no action' to be an opt in, or if they ignore the bar and just keep scrolling and shopping you can set that as an opt in for essential cookies.

Christos has been fantastic. He has helped me to add this app which by the way is amongst one of the best I have tried. The app ensures everything important around GDPR etc is covered. I would recommend the app and Christos to other store owners. I will be using Pandectes all the time and in any new stores that I launch.

I recommend this app for two reasons. The first is that your chat service, and in particular "Christos", the customer advisor, managed to explain to me how to make a banner with a professional look. This is quite a feat given that I am new to Shopify and not very good with a computer. Christos has shown compassion, patience, and exemplary professionalism, and I mean it deeply! The second reason I recommend this app is that the banner I made is very professional. I will add this app to my other online stores and recommend it to my friends.
