We started using the free version and the needed to upgrade to premium to ensure compliance with GDPR laws in Germany. I have been in contact with Christos from the customer service for quite a while to get all the necessary information and implementation. Christos has been extremely helpful and even provided some tips on how to optimise the banner. On top, he implemented a custom rule for us to tackle the reCaptcha challenge. A brief search for cheaper alternatives has shown, that we would unlikely get a cheaper option. So we gladly stayed with Pandectes, knowing their customer service is best in class. We mainly sell in the UK and Europe so wanted to make sure we were compliant with UK data laws & GDPR. It seems so simple to have a popup, compared to some other issues to solve however every application we tried lacked something… can across this app & I have to say it ticks every box. We reached out to support for a few questions and Christos was more than helpful. 10/10 application and will continue to use them. Thanks again Christos.

Christos was incredibly patient and helpful. Went around circles trying to familiarize myself with the backend layout to sort out the policies and he guided me through it all, as well as gave additional feedback on my store. If I could rate it 6 stars I damn well would!
