This app is a disaster. At first sight everything looks good and with the "normal" cookies everything works fine. But how it works with the Facebook pixel is a disaster.
First we were very kindly helped by the support with a code hack for publishing the pixel on the checkout process.
Since our Facebook Ads had worked worse and worse, we went on a search.
This app or even the hack delivered completely wrong data to the Facebook pixel. In the end he counted every purchase three times.
We have been waiting for a reply from beeclever for days now. Hands off, if you use the Facebook pixel.

Our free support is limited in case of fully customized Themes and custom coding or apps not following the conventions of shopify. Das ist endlich mal eine rechtskonforme App für deutsche Shopify-Nutzer. Sie ist schnell eingerichtet. Das Design ist anpassbar. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Besonders der Kundenservice ist schnell.
Funzt gut nur auf der mobile Version wen ich es z.b mit dem Handy öffnen mag funzt nicht ansonsten sehr zum empfehlen oder gibt es irgendwelche codes noch ?

bei manchen Themes gibt es kleinere Probleme mit der Darstellung. Wir können dir gerne weiter helfen und das Problem beheben. Einfach den support hier per email kontaktieren, wenn es dir zeitlich am Besten passt.
Habe die GDPR Legal Cookie App installiert und alles eingerichtet - aber sie funktionierte nicht sofort. Habe den Support angesprochen und die haben sich um die technischen Probleme schnell gekümmert. Kann ich nur empfehlen. TOP

Wenn die App funktioniert ist sie ok und zeigt alle Cookies richtig, aber auch nur wenn!
Einstellungen werden nur mit Glück gespeichert und obwohl der Fingerprint deaktiviert ist wird der trotzdem angezeigt. Aktuell wird der Cookie Banner nicht richtig angezeigt, sondern nur der Teil vom Footer und blockiert somit meinen Shop und der Link zum Kontaktformular verweist auf eine 404 Seite obwohl das Kontaktformular vorhanden ist.
In den Einstellungen ist nichts zu finden und das ist genau das, was man am Wochenende haben möchte.
Der Kundenservice und deren Hilfeleistung ist 1 A. Schnelle Reaktionszeit und einfache Kommunikation!
