the support of this app is simply phenomenal. It responds quickly. The tone is consistently friendly and professional.
And the app still works.
It couldn't be better.
I was a bit upset because the cookie banner after years suddenly was not showing up anymore. However tech support solved it within few days!
I had a technical problem with a link that didn't work. Customer service responded very quickly to my request and they were able to solve my problem promptly. I am very satisfied with the customer service overall.
Just miserable!
First of all, after implementing Shopify Extended Checkout at our Shop Go-Live the app didn't set the cookies probably which made it necessary to engage an agency to bug fix.
As a result, each change in the app resets the cookie settings in standard. So we need to ask the developer each time. Our agency tried to reach out to the customer service but didn't get any answer.
Also now having problems for which I tried to contact via In-App-Support, but after one week there is no answer. I didn't even get an confirmation mail, that my request arrived.
A great service and a very fast solution of a problem. Thank you very much! I am very satisfied.

Ein super Support Team für das GDPR Legal Cookie Banner!
Ich hatte das Problem das der Banner im Shop nicht angezeigt wurde,nach Meldung beim Support wurde innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet und sich um das Problem angenommen.
Sie haben sich die App und meinen Shop angesehen und auch mit Gastzugang die Meta überarbeitet.
Der Fehler lag leider bei meinem Shop im Theme Code darauf haben Sie mich hingewiesen und auch Lösungsvorschläge unterbreitet.
Wenn jeder Support so arbeiten würde, wäre ich sehr glücklich.

Very happy with the Customer Support Service. I had a little problem moving the Fingerprint to the Footer Menu, but I got a fast a comprehensive reply from Sahar, which resolved the issue.
