I’m using this app to add prints of my artwork to my online store. I’m finding it very easy to use. The only part I haven’t worked out is how to add multiple size clothing items.

Straight forward app! Does the job perfectly, easy to configure! Even for a non tech savy person! took us less than an hour to connect the catalogue and update our product. It seems to have issue with automatic shipping cost, when order 2 of one item the shipping cost stay the one of one item though.

They are using deceptive marketing tactics. I built an entire site around their claim that their totes are delivered in 3 days. After building everything out I placed and order myself and the delivery date was over 2 weeks out because rather than use a US print house (I live in CA) they printed it over sees somewhere. Would not recommend them. They are not transparent and lie.

Gelato Support is fast and responsive. Thank you. Gelato didn't raise shipping prices for holidays like other PODs.
They explained that the price difference is due to USD / EUR conversion - Well, honestly, I'm not convinced, but ok - You should be fixing it daily then.
Overall, they have very competitive prices and fast shipping.
One suggestion: Please add more colors for Gildan 640 and 6400L - Light Blue, Cornsilk, Ice grey....

This is why we can't drive 100% of our production with Gelato - You can't be trusted. What happens if I pay an annual plan and discover that you raised prices by 5%~10% overnight? Did I raise prices to my costumers? Hell no!

Now that same color / size is $9.79! This is a 5% raise in less than a month with you! I've seen people warning about this. You can't simply raise your prices without at least a few weeks of notice. I was planning on paying a yearly plan. Not I know I can't trust you. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gelato has an incredible variety of POD items at competitive prices. I'm using Gelato + and I expect to keep doing business with you for a long time. PLEASE don't raise your prices. Inflation is already eating all of our margins.

I really enjoy Gelato's integration with Shopify. It make it really easy to manage the business with:
- automated fulfillments which can be configured to fulfil after x hours and has an option for manual fulfilments
- automatically sends updates on order to customers (e.g. shipping info)
- the ease of importing and syncing products with shopify One thing I'd recommend they improve is the quality of their mockups. On Gelato, they look alright, but when imported into shopify, they are something not as clear especially when zoomed in.
