The quality of the products (I used phone cases and posters so far) are excellent. Each time I have a question the customer service responds very fast, professional and really helpful. That gives me a good feeling for the future. The app is easy to use and self-explanatory, highly recommended!

Gelato has integrated seamlessly with my business and added the element of print on demand to my artwork so I can now bring my designs to my audience in fun new ways! A lot of times, Gelato's printing partners print the shipping label but never actually ship the package, and when you bring the issue to their attention they reply with a copy and paste:

"Unfortunately, in this particular case, I will not be able to process a refund/reprint as it has been more than 30 days since the order was supposed to be delivered. Please let us know if you have any questions."

This has happened way too many times this year. It is very frustrating because I am a Gelato+ user, and I have thousands of orders monthly, so I am unable to check the tracking of every single order on a daily basis! I check when my customer complains that they never received an order, or when an order is late and hasn't been shipped.

I also had to close one my sales channel due to late shipping from Gelato. They would delay, delay and when the customer requested to cancel the order (on that platform they receive refund immediately if there is no tracking yet) Gelato would then issue a tracking number almost immediately, and mark as "shipped", so I ended up shipping hundreds of products for my customers out of my pocket, because Gelato claimed it was shipped (just because they created a label- but never actually shipped).
I received so many negative reviews for "I never received my product" Seller never shipped my order", that I decided to close the entire shop on that platform.

Customer service quality has been declining pretty fast. I t used to be a good POD service, but I am transitioning to another POD company due these issues I've experienced lately.

I love how easy this app is to navigate. there is many design templates available. shipping is cost effective and fast. Gelato has made starting my own online business possible. and such an easy transition.

It's great, although I'd prefer more automated options for bulk product setup. Especially of wall art where all mine needs to be is centered and scaled to fit.

I have used print on demand sites before, but NONE like Gelato. The ability to use templates to take one design and apply it to a multitude of shirts absolutely blew my mind!

The first time I used this, I tried to apply one design to all the colors and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work -- until I realized "limit of 100 shirts per template" meant that my 590 shirt designs FROM ONE TEMPLATE was a wild dream come true!

I very highly recommend this site if you've got a bustin' catchy line that you want to share with the world!!

Whoever designed this user experience, needs to go back to thier last job, feeding Monkeys.
Everytime I log into this PIG of a system, it takes an hour to find how to get my products.
How the hell to people put up with this junk is beyond me.
