After comparing to other providers I decided to use Gelato, they have a good range or products and ship international.

*Quality of the sample products I ordered were excellent

*Delivery was on time

*Chat / Support Helped me in great detail with an issue that I was encountering and resolved my issue

SOOO Happy I found Gelato. I am just starting up a print on demand store and have been so overwhelmed when trying to use the competitions sites. I couldn't even get them to connect to my Shopify account. With Gelato it was so fast and surprisingly easy to get my first product up. I am very excited about my new online store and working with Gelato!

Great experience with a few minor mishaps.

The very first sample I ordered was amazing quality, but I have not gotten that same garment type since, despite using the same exact template (I only changed the logo/branding). Still- the print & embroidery quality is top notch.

I also ordered a non-zip hoodie sample, but was sent a zip instead, which they quickly resent. I mention this because I fear it may happen with my customers once we launch - so it's something to keep in mind. Thankfully its a very seamless resolution process.

Overall, this is one of the better print on demand companies I've used from a print quality perspective

I was loving Gelato, everything was working fine and now all of a sudden, every time I try and press the 'sync products' button, it loads to 10% and then freezes and fails, this has been happening for the past 48 hours.
