It's great, although I'd prefer more automated options for bulk product setup. Especially of wall art where all mine needs to be is centered and scaled to fit.

I love how easy this app is to navigate. there is many design templates available. shipping is cost effective and fast. Gelato has made starting my own online business possible. and such an easy transition.

Gelato's prices and platform seem nice enough and they came highly recommended to me. Prices are fine but their customer service seems a miss and fulfillment/delivery times are way off and inconsistent (1 order took almost 4 weeks from order to delivery). I had them on my store, a long order fulfillment and poor customer service resulted in my removing them from my store. I cannot recommend them.
I set up a number of design templates, placed a sample order, and added the products to my store. Initially the sample order was broken up into multiple fulfillment locations and charged for each location, from that their initial discount was messed up and they charged about 15% more. They were quick to correct this issue and refunded the difference. Then fulfilment location 1 got their items to me quickly, location 2 took almost 4 weeks to deliver to me (2 weeks to print and almost 2 weeks in shipping time); estimated delivery time was 5-18 days. There was also an order placed through my store, same 5-18 day delivery time estimate, and it took 16 days to be delivered. The customer service blew me off, refused to acknowledge the slow fulfillment time from their fulfillment company, and just kept telling me to message them back in a few days if it didn't arrive (each time pushing further and further back).

A lot of times, Gelato's printing partners print the shipping label but never actually ship the package, and when you bring the issue to their attention they reply with a copy and paste:
"Unfortunately, in this particular case, I will not be able to process a refund/reprint as it has been more than 30 days since the order was supposed to be delivered. Please let us know if you have any questions."
This has happened way too many times this year. It is very frustrating because I am a Gelato+ user, and I have thousands of orders monthly, so I am unable to check the tracking of every single order on a daily basis! I check when my customer complains that they never received an order, or when an order is late and hasn't been shipped.
I also had to close one my sales channel due to late shipping from Gelato. They would delay, delay and when the customer requested to cancel the order (on that platform they receive refund immediately if there is no tracking yet) Gelato would then issue a tracking number almost immediately, and mark as "shipped", so I ended up shipping hundreds of products for my customers out of my pocket, because Gelato claimed it was shipped (just because they created a label- but never actually shipped).
I received so many negative reviews for "I never received my product" Seller never shipped my order", that I decided to close the entire shop on that platform.
Customer service quality has been declining pretty fast. I t used to be a good POD service, but I am transitioning to another POD company due these issues I've experienced lately.

Excellent Customer Service and support for specialised queries. They are growing at a mass scale so bugs are to expected but from my experience issues are about 5% of all orders. Divine is simply the best

I like how I can create or upload images here for my POD mugs. The customer service always responds to my inquiries. The delivery is also fast like when I ordered a test product of my mug. Kudos!
