While the design tools are really slick and you can design engaging experiences, though take a little getting used to the depth of capabilities, the support is where the value shines with Gempages.

Sure, there have been simple things they have told me how to do myself. Its the ones where they go away for a little while and come back with a 'Hey we did it for you, check this link' and whatever problem or question on how to do a thing, has been done. Amazing - can recommend!

I love this app, makes customisations so easy! If you encounter some challenges, customer support is always there to assist, I get a feeling of real accountability there, as every support agent I've chatted to has given me the confidence they are on it, and pull in all their best available resources to help fix the issue. For instance, I had an issue with product list, I wanted to mirror my theme settings, they took the layout and design from the theme and created custom code for me to put into my section. Big shoutout to the G.O.A.T - Ken who helped me earlier on this and another issue!

I've been using Gempages for several years now and their support is very reactive, the service is constantly improving and their templates are great.

Very good support for over a year now, regardless of me using it on the free version and with their latest V7 of the page editor, I am very inclined to start paying to access more features

If I could give 10 stars I would. At 1st I was completely opposed to doing our relaunch on Gempages and read a couple of reviews that were not so positive about there customer service and was very concerned about making the switch. To add to it the designer that actually recommended the app which has nothing to due with Gempages quit on me in the middle of the redesign and I literally just stared at the screen for a couple mins thinking what did I just get myself into. I contacted support and explained my story and the next day I was introduced to Lucas. This angel spent minimum 4-5 hours the week after this happned to me and helped me fix the issues that the original designer messed up and completely opened my eyes to how easy it really is. I can not thank him and every customer service rep that went out of there way to help me launch but also understand the power of what Gempages can do. Ty Ty TY Ty for having such an amazing support staff and again Lucas for making what was an extremely horrible situation to the best outcome possible.
