The GP support staff is responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are equipped to handle your questions or provide a quick fix. i really like gem pages app as there's bench of amazing features that will help you increase your conversion rate such as the ability to create beautiful landing pages and the thing that i like the most is the customer service performance the agent working in there helped me fix all the issues and bugs that I've faced so far and i would like to thank Morgen that helped me install clarity on Gempages and track all the customers movement .

I have not started the app yet, I was very impressed with what I saw and how I could transform my pages with relative ease, but I had some initial question so I went to the chat feature. Initially it came back with the message that I would get a reply in a few hours...HOURS? I began to read some information on the page and Pauline came within MINUTES...Phew!

Pauline answered my questions, gave me some links I could follow and assured me that they would always be available for assistance as well to walk us through an issue. Enough said...I am moving forward!

GemPages is an app that we can definitely recommend to anyone currently part of the Shopify community looking for a smoother web page building experience. We've used CMS platforms such as WordPress and Joomla in the past but decided to move over to Shopify for e-commerce purposes which in our opinion is a safer and better option to integrate payment processing solutions without much of a hassle and in the beginning, using Shopify without GemPages was much more challenging without a doubt. I hope the GemPages team continues growing since it is very evident they have created a truly promising business solution which only has opportunity for even bigger and better things to come. In addition, the technical support team is by far the best I've seen in years. Thank you guys!
